We would like to inform you that we are updating the token-based item restoration policy for items broken during upgrade attempts. This policy change affects players in both Classic and Live servers.
Items destroyed from failed enchantment attempts will no longer be restored by Customer Service effective immediately.
Although this policy was introduced many years ago, it did not work in synchrony with the intended game mechanics of Lineage II. This policy change will better align our Customer Service policies with the characteristics of the game.
Token Based Restoration Policy Termination Plan
  • Policy Change Date: 05/21/2024 effective immediately.

    • The Customer Service team will honor restoration requests that have been already submitted. However, new restoration requests will be denied, regardless of when the item was broken.
